About you:

  • Passion for physical fitness and a commitment to promoting a healthy lifestyle.
  • You must have the legal right to work in the UK
  • Prior teaching experience, particularly in physical education, is advantageous.

Responsibilities:

  • Teach students about the benefits of regular physical activity, proper exercise techniques, nutrition, and overall well-being.
  • Organize and supervise various sports and recreational activities, fostering teamwork, sportsmanship, and healthy competition.
  • Encourage students to participate in sports clubs, tournaments, and other extracurricular physical activities.
  • Ensure the safety of students during physical education classes, following safety guidelines and protocols.

Requirements:

  • The qualifications needed for this role (QTS)
  • Experience working in a challenging secondary school
  • Experience teaching PE in a secondary school
  • Will hold an enhanced DBS certificate on the update service or willing to apply for one.
  • You must have the legal right to work in the UK
