Employment Solicitor
Location: Walsall, Staffordshire
Salary: £40k - £50k + Excellent Benefits
The Client:

The Role:
As an Employment Solicitor,you will handle a variety of legal matters related to employment law.
Responsibilities:
- Handle contested employment matters such as unfair dismissal, discrimination claims, etc.
- Manage non-contested employment issues including draft contracts, policies, advise on TUPE.
- Provide counsel on settlement agreements and negotiate exit packages.
- Support HR teams on various employment issues and senior exits.
Requirements:
- Previously worked as a Solicitor, Lawyer or in a similar role.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in employment law.
- Demonstrable experience in contentious and non-contentious employment law.
- Expertise in drafting employment documents and advising on HR matters.
- Proven ability to handle complex legal disputes and negotiations.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
