Key Responsibilities:
- Safely and efficiently load refuse and recyclables onto collection vehicles
- Assist the driver in navigating through residential and commercial areas
- Follow strict health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
- Provide excellent customer service when interacting with the public
- Ensure that the streets are left clean and free of debris after collections
Requirements:
- Good level of physical fitness, as the role involves heavy lifting and walking long distances
- Punctuality and reliability are a must
- Ability to work early mornings and be flexible with working hours
- Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous, but not essential
- A strong team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn
