Manchester Staff is working with a client who has been established for over 50 years & are opening a new manufacturing location. Our client has a previously used factory and can start production once they have the right staff. There is scope for this company to triple in size over the next 3 years, the opportunity is for an experienced engineer to join the site in its early stages and as the company grows you can grow with it!

Job Role:
The role will be managing the production floor, specifically monitoring the CNC machines & the teams who operates them. The successful candidate will be expected to manage a small team of operatives and will be looking at new, creative ways to keep the production line continuously improving. The production line you will be dealing with is exclusively working with metal and the design of metal containers.
Essential Experience:
- Metal manufacture experience
- Soudronic machinery experience
- Team management
