Part-Time PA/Administrator Role in Mill Hill

About Us: We are a trading company specializing in buying and selling meat and chicken products, supplying our associated company in London that produces a range of doner kebabs for retailers and the food service industry. Our office is located in an apartment in Mill Hill, where you will work directly with the CEO.
Job Title: PA/Administrator
Working Hours: 9:15 AM - 1:15 PM, Monday to Friday (20 hours per week)
Salary: £17.00/hour, paid monthly
Annual Leave: 20 days per annum
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the CEO with daily tasks
Manually enter accounting data into various books (Cash Book, Purchase Day Book, Purchase Ledger, Sales Day Book, Petty Cash Book)
General administrative tasks including emailing orders to suppliers, filing, and ordering stationery
Required Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach
