Service & Customer Advisor

Have you got a strong customer experience background and wanting to further develop your career?

Our client in Cambridge is looking for a Service & Customer Advisor to join their aftersales team.

You will be responsible for:

  • Answering phone calls
  • Bookings – email, walk in
  • Service History
  • Email queries from service inbox
  • Loan car handovers – checking fuel & cleanliness – adding to washboard & refuel
  • VHC follow up
  • Owning customer waiting areas upstairs & downstairs - hosting
  • Provide an easy and enjoyable client (customer) experience (internal and external), each and every time.
  • Champion and maintain a culture of client service excellence; ensuring that the expectations and requirements of the department's clients are delivered upon.
  • Liaise with all internal and external clients and candidates in a timely and professional manner.
  • Coordinate effectively as part of the Front of House Team and wider business network
  • Recognise your role in integrating effectively with the departments within you centre and wider business network
  • Ensure you respect direction and guidance provided through your reporting line.
  • Effectively nurture relationships with your team.
  • Delivering upon the Service Core Process and Aftersales Experience as per the training, guidance and expectations given.
  • Demonstrating alignment with, and engagement in, a robust customer communication strategy.
  • Maintaining electronic records in a complete and accurate manner.
  • Effectively utilising the tools and resources available to you to become a specialist in your area.

Experience:

  • Good attention to detail
  • A background in the auto industry would be an advantage
  • You will ideally have experience in a customer facing role.
