Our client in Cambridge is looking for a Service & Customer Advisor to join their aftersales team.
You will be responsible for:
- Answering phone calls
- Bookings – email, walk in
- Service History
- Email queries from service inbox
- Loan car handovers – checking fuel & cleanliness – adding to washboard & refuel
- VHC follow up
- Owning customer waiting areas upstairs & downstairs - hosting
- Provide an easy and enjoyable client (customer) experience (internal and external), each and every time.
- Champion and maintain a culture of client service excellence; ensuring that the expectations and requirements of the department's clients are delivered upon.
- Liaise with all internal and external clients and candidates in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate effectively as part of the Front of House Team and wider business network
- Recognise your role in integrating effectively with the departments within you centre and wider business network
- Ensure you respect direction and guidance provided through your reporting line.
- Effectively nurture relationships with your team.
- Delivering upon the Service Core Process and Aftersales Experience as per the training, guidance and expectations given.
- Demonstrating alignment with, and engagement in, a robust customer communication strategy.
- Maintaining electronic records in a complete and accurate manner.
- Effectively utilising the tools and resources available to you to become a specialist in your area.
Experience:
- Good attention to detail
- A background in the auto industry would be an advantage
- You will ideally have experience in a customer facing role.
