Job Title: Commercial Property Solicitor with Development Focus

Remuneration: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum DOE
Contract Details: Permanent, Full Time
Our client, a leading legal firm in the industry, is seeking an ambitious and talented Commercial Property Solicitor with a focus on development work to join their team. With a strong reputation in the south west, our client deals with various property development projects, including commercial, residential, retail, and mixed-use schemes.
As the Commercial Property Solicitor, you will have the opportunity to work on large, multi-use development schemes, as well as take ownership of your own smaller projects from acquisition to sale. Although a minimum of 2 years PQE is required for this role, our client welcomes candidates who are eager to learn and grow in the development area.
Responsibilities:
- Draught and negotiate legal documents, such as options, agreements, and leases.
- Conduct due diligence to ensure legal compliance and mitigate risk.
- Assist senior lawyers on complex transactions, enhancing your knowledge and skills.
- Work collaboratively with the team, supporting colleagues as needed for the benefit of clients.
- Demonstrate effective time management to progress client matters efficiently.
- Meet individual time and billing targets.
- Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders through effective communication and issue resolution.
- Stay updated with commercial property law developments.
