There is an opportunity available for candidates who are looking for an in-house position and who have a good level of commercial contracts experience, ideally with some previous exposure to dealing with construction agreements.
Candidates of interest for this position will be those who are at the newly qualified level as a solicitor, are qualified legal executives through CILEx, or those who can show previous experience working as a paralegal handling a wide range of commercial agreements (especially anyone who has had exposure to construction agreements and industry standard forms such as NEC).
Strong academic achievement is essential for candidates wanting to apply for this position. Most importantly, my client is keen to recruit someone with a strong interest in commercial construction law and anyone with a particular interest in the engineering sector who meets the above criteria will be of equal interest.
