Mechanical Project Manager required for our client who are a specialist Mechanical Engineering contractor based in Hertfordshire, our client has an outstanding reputation for their design & installation packages throughout London & the surrounding areas. Our client is seeking a Mechanical Project Manager to join their successful and expanding projects team, the ideal candidate should be based within a commutable distance of London & the m25 corridor, with the bulk of the projects, being in Central London.
The Project Manager will be required to manage and deliver projects within the commercial sector across London and the Home Counties. Project values will vary from £10K - £2 million, but typically in the £70k to £400k range and the Project Manager can expect to handle multiple projects at any one time. The Project Manager will be tasked with attending client meetings, liaising with engineers, clients and sub-contractors, attend site visits, monitor and update relevant people on budget control, and manage all aspects of health and safety.
Projects will be managed from cradle to grave & will be the installation of mainly Air Conditioning equipment including VRV's, VRF's, Spits, Multi Splits, Chillers & DX Units, any additional experience with Ventilation & Wet Services projects will be seen as beneficial but not essential.

- Live within a commutable distance from London
- Strong Air Conditioning Project Management experience
- 5 years' previous experience within the HVAC industry
- Current CSCS Skill Card, SSSTS or SMSTS
- Full UK Licence

- Basic salary £45,000 - £60,000 DOE
- £5k Car Allowance or Company Car
