Reporting directly to the Head of Department, you will be at the forefront of creating and executing innovative marketing strategies that amplify the brand, drive customer engagement, and boost acquisition. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive annual, seasonal, and monthly marketing strategies.
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to deliver integrated campaigns across digital, social, PR, and event channels.
  • Align seasonal marketing plans with the Launch Plan for cohesive and impactful campaigns.
  • Collaborate closely with the e-commerce and digital marketing manager to ensure brand consistency across all platforms.
  • Work with the Head of Department to maintain and elevate brand messaging and identity through innovative campaigns and strategic partnerships.
  • Enhance customer retention through loyalty programs, personalized marketing, and exceptional user experiences.
  • Drive footfall to physical retail spaces and events.
  • Partner with external agencies to boost customer acquisition through paid social campaigns.
  • Support and explore new collaborations that align with our brand values and business objectives.
  • Manage the marketing budget and track campaign performance.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop a team of marketing professionals, setting clear objectives and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

Candidate Profile:

  • Proven marketing experience B2C or retail industry.
  • Exceptional communication and influencing skills.
  • Strong passion for brand elevation and innovative marketing.
  • Effective leadership skills with a track record of managing multiple projects and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Self-motivated with a creative outlook and excellent attention to detail.
  • Highly organized with the ability to follow processes meticulously.
  • Full UK driving license.
  • Team player with a collaborative approach.
