The Construction Project Manager Role
As a Construction Project Manager, you will be an integral part of a team renowned for its expertise, focusing primarily on commercial sector projects.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating closely with experienced directors and team members in a cooperative environment.
- Managing a range of projects, typically from 20,000 to 80,000 square feet.
- Partnering with esteemed clients such as investors, developers, and occupiers to deliver high-quality commercial projects.
The Construction Project Manager
- FRICS, MRICS, or AssocRICS qualifications, or be working towards them.
- A Project Management degree or equivalent qualification.
- A minimum of 3 years of post-qualification experience in a construction consultancy.
- Extensive experience in producing and managing construction contracts.
- A valid and clean driver's license.
