Job Title: Sales Negotiator / Trainee
Location: Knowle, Solihull
Basic Salary: £18,000 - £22,000 (depending on sales experience which is required)
On Target Earnings: £26,000+

Responsibilities for this Sales Negotiator role will include:
- Market Appraisal generation
- Registering and assisting purchasers with viewings
- Maintaining close seller relationships and providing feedback
- Assisting the progress of the sales pipeline
- Engaging and referring customers to other agency departments
Skills & Experience for this Sales Negotiator role:
- Competent across all aspects of core estate agency

Hours are 9 - 5.30 weekdays, and every other Saturday, with a day off in the week when you work a Saturday. Saturday hours are 9am - 4pm
