Payroll Clerk role waiting to be filled
Venn Group have been approached by a Public Sector Company, and would like to introduce the following available position
Position: Payroll Clerk
Location: Durham
Salary: £13 PAYE Including Holiday Pay
Length: 6 Month Contract
Hours: 37.5 hours p/week
The role will predominantly involve:
- Assist the finance team with Payroll duties including New Starters/Leavers, holiday pay, sick pay, Maternity Leave, Paternity Leave
- Assist the finance team with any additional Adhoc administrative duties
- Manage compensation package using Resource link software
- Issue statements and invoices and maintain records
- Investigate and resolve any discrepancies in payroll
- Prepare and submit reports with payroll information to supervisor
The successful candidate must have previous experience in a similar role and be available at short notice.
