Marketing Manager
Onsite in Manchester City Centre
Up to £40,000 DOE
I am working with a hospitality venue in Manchester who are looking for a Marketing Manager to join their team! Their ideal candidate will have experience within the hospitality industry and will be creative and self-sufficient!
- Create and execute marketing campaigns across content, email, digital, and social channels.
- Support promotional marketing activities for our venues, from concept to production and implementation.
- Provide hands-on marketing support at our venues to develop and deliver high-quality content.
- Design and implement creative marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness and increase bookings/footfall at Freight Island.
- Oversee our brand newsletters, including creation, writing, and scheduling of guest communications.
- Collaborate with videographers, content creators, and graphic designers.
- Assist with centrally organized campaigns, events, promotions, and communications.
- Manage our online presence on platforms like Google and Trip Advisor.
- Handle POS and menu ordering for all Freight Island sites.
- Generate weekly reports on marketing and communications performance.
- Work with food traders at Freight Island to create engaging marketing campaigns around their menus.
- Collaborate with partner agencies (PR and paid media).
- Support external promoters in marketing their events at Freight Island.
- Maintain the website and keep event listings updated.
- Work with website development partners to optimize our website.
- Set up tickets with our ticketing partner platforms.
- Build and send newsletters.
- Manage our email database.
Be available for work outside normal hours, including weekends, if necessary.
Experience:
- 4 years+ of marketing experience
- Background in the hospitality industry
