Mortgage Broker - BTL + Bridging Finance
Up to £30,000 + Unreal Bonuses Cardiff
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Mortgage Broker's / Advisors to specialize in both buy-to-let and Bridging Finance products. The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding clients through the Mortgage / Loan application process, providing expert advice, and securing the best deals to meet their needs.
Residential Advisors, Mortgage Case Manager and Paraplanners will all be considered for this role,
Key responsibilities:
- Assess clients' financial situations and provide personalized advice for both buy-to-let properties and Bridging Finance Loans.
- Research and compare mortgage products from a variety of lenders to find the most suitable options for clients.
- Assist clients in completing mortgage applications and ensure all necessary documentation is submitted accurately and promptly.
- Liaise with lenders, solicitors, and other parties involved in the mortgage process to facilitate smooth transactions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest market trends, regulations, and lending criteria affecting buy-to-let and Bridging Finance Loans
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and advice as needed.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Mortgage Broker / Advisor / Case Manager, with a focus on both buy-to-let and Bridging Finance Loans, - Residential and Commercial Advisors will be considered.
- Relevant industry qualifications (e.g., CeMAP) are essential.
- In-depth knowledge of mortgage products, lender criteria, and the application process.
