Randstad is excited to partner with a vibrant and forward-thinking primary school in South Watford, seeking a dedicated and passionate KS2 Teacher to join their team from September 2024. As a KS2 Teacher, you will:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in accordance with the national curriculum
- Foster a positive and stimulating classroom environment that encourages participation and enthusiasm for learning
- Assess, record, and report on the development, progress, and attainment of students
- Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of students
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and carers to support the holistic development of each child
- Participate in extracurricular activities and school events to contribute to the wider school community
The ideal candidate will:
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification.
- Have proven experience teaching in a KS2 classroom.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of the national curriculum and effective teaching strategies.
- Exhibit excellent classroom management skills.
- Possess a genuine passion for teaching and a commitment to student progress and well-being.
- Be a proactive team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
