Randstad is excited to partner with a vibrant and forward-thinking primary school in South Watford, seeking a dedicated and passionate KS2 Teacher to join their team from September 2024. This school prides itself on creating a nurturing and inclusive environment where every child is encouraged to reach their full potential + is looking for a motivated teacher to join their team!

As a KS2 Teacher, you will:

  • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in accordance with the national curriculum
  • Foster a positive and stimulating classroom environment that encourages participation and enthusiasm for learning
  • Assess, record, and report on the development, progress, and attainment of students
  • Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of students
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and carers to support the holistic development of each child
  • Participate in extracurricular activities and school events to contribute to the wider school community

The ideal candidate will:

  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification.
  • Have proven experience teaching in a KS2 classroom.
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of the national curriculum and effective teaching strategies.
  • Exhibit excellent classroom management skills.
  • Possess a genuine passion for teaching and a commitment to student progress and well-being.
  • Be a proactive team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
