Overview:
A prestigious HNW estate agency with offices scattered around central London, are seeking an experienced Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker to join their dynamic team working with a team of whole of market mortgage advisors in Sutton. The successful candidate will provide expert mortgage and protection advice, dealing with high-value mortgages up to £900,000, with an average property value of £400,000.
HNW Mortgage Advisor - Sutton
Salary:
£27,000 - £35,000 including car allowance (dependent upon experience), pension, life assurance, commission, and bonuses. OTE £50,000 in year 1, £80,000 - £100,000 in year 2.
Main Duties:
- An excellent opportunity has arisen for a fully CeMAP qualified (or equivalent) Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker to work with one of London's most renowned estate agency brands, with established estate agency offices in and around Central London.
- Based in the Mortgage Advisor office in Sutton you will handle new mortgage leads generated daily via a number of HNW estate agency offices scattered around the London area.
- With over 10 HNW estate agency branches referring over between 10-15 new mortgage leads a week, as a Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker working within the close-knit team of Mortgage specialists, you will share these leads and offer whole of market advice on both mortgages and protection.
- Along with the new mortgage leads, you will also have remote access to each branches existing client base, where you will be able to offer a remortgage service.
- Due to the high-quality clientele, you will be dealing with mortgages ranging from £500,000 to over £2m.

Key Skills:
- For this HNW Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker role in Sutton, previous mortgage advice experience is essential. Applications will be considered from bank-based mortgage advisors, as training will be provided.
- Along with previous mortgage advice experience, previous experience in dealing with HNW clients and mortgages of over £500k would be a distinct advantage.
- Along with previous mortgage experience, a clean credit history, with no complaints, criminal convictions and a full UK driving licence is essential for this fantastic opportunity.
