Sous Chef

Berry Recruitment are looking for a Sous Chef for our client in Potters Bar!

The position will be working within a care facility for young people, the role will include -

  • Assisting the head chef with all cooking.
  • When the head chef is away you will be in charge of the kitchen and the kitchen team.
  • Preparing a variety of lunches and dinner, including hot and cold food.
  • Being able to manage and lead the team when needed
  • Variety of working hours, normally starting at 09:00 and finishing no later than 19:00
  • Checking all meals are done to a good standard.
  • Paying between £15.00 - £18.00 per hour
  • Minimum 4 days a week
  • IDEAL HAVE AN ENHANCED DBS
  • Level 2 Food Certificate

My client will be looking for people who can commit to a two day trial ideally from Monday 17th June, if you like the role and are able to start you will be able to start straight away.
