Temporary Junior HR Advisor x2
- Part-time (25 hours per week)

- Location: Hemel Hempstead (with at least 1 day in-office)
My client, a local authority, are looking for a proactive Junior HR Advisor to join their team on an initial 3-month contract. This role is ideal for someone with previous HR administration and generalist experience within the UK, who thrives in a matrix organisation and is adept at delivering both administrative and operational HR support.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Provide comprehensive HR administration and support across the organisation.
- Work within a matrix structure to deliver HR guidance and support to various departments.
- Utilise HR systems to manage employee data and generate reports.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and in compliance with data protection regulations.
- Support the HR team in managing employee relations issues.
- Engage with employees to provide HR-related assistance and resolve queries.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Previous HR administration and generalist experience in the UK.
- Experience in a matrix organisation delivering HR support.
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Teams.
- Experience with HR Systems is beneficial.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively within a dynamic team.
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to handle sensitive situations with tact and professionalism.
