EVENTS COORDINATOR
We are looking for a talented Events Coordinator to join a team of marketeers in a role focused on planning and executing events for the business. You will have a minimum of 3 years experience of working in a similar role and will be responsible for planning, coordinating and executing a wide range of events.
WHAT YOU WILL WANT TO KNOW ABOUT THE MARKETING EVENTS COORDINATOR'S PACKAGE
- Up to £32,000 p.a depending on experience
- Monday to Friday
- Hybrid - usually 3 days office based but open to alternative

A SNAPSHOT OF THE EVENTS COORDINATOR'S DAY
- You will be responsible for the coordination of all events from start to finish including venue selection, catering, entertainment and logistics
- You will assist with marketing and promotional efforts to drive attendance
- You will work closely with the marketing team to deliver outstanding experiences
- You will develop and manage event budgets and ensure that all events are cost effective
- You will analyse the success of the event in conjunction with the Marketing Manager and identify areas for improvement
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practice in event management

- You will have a minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills
- Outstanding time management and organisational skills
- Detail oriented
- Experience of using mailchimp for email campaigns and Eventbrite an advantage
- Flexibility to work some evenings and weekends when events require
- A qualification in hospitality management or marketing would be an advantage
