Are you a Senior Data Engineer who is looking for a step up into a Head of Data position, or a Head of Data who is looking for a new greenfield project? If so, then please read on...
You'll be joining an education organisation who due to a large amount of growth and acquisitions are looking to build an established Data Engineering function. This is a greenfield project where you will be solely responsible for managing their data capability. This includes BI reporting and data warehousing.
To be successful in this role you will:
- Come from a Data Engineering background and be able to build a data warehouse from scratch
- Have experience building reports in Power BI/Tableaux
- Have good experience with SQL
- Have previously helped shape a data function, including data governance and strategy.
- Be comfortable being the sole person responsible for Data within the organisation
- Be an exceptional communicator, being able to talk with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
