Reed Business Support in Bath is delighted to be working with a highly prestigious and long serving establishment in Bath in their search for an Exec Administrator to the Board and Exec Team.
This is a temporary role for 3 months
PART-TIME
21 hours per week, 9-5pm
Hybrid offered
Start date: w/c 15th or 22nd July
£14-14.25 per hour
As Exec Administrator your role will be to support and work closely with the Exec team and to ensure the smooth running of the office. Strong organisational and administrative skills are essential along with a good sense of humour and the ability to juggle many tasks at once.
Typical duties include:
- Diary and calendar management, organising meeting and travel arrangement
- Work alongside the Head of Governance and executive team to develop board packs
- Experience working alongside a board of trustees, including in creating board packs
- Co-ordinating events and visits on behalf of the Exec team
- General administrative duties: filing and archiving, processing queries and correspondence in person, in writing or via the ‘phone
- Creating and distributing board packs by collating, proofreading, and overseeing version control and approval of papers
- Reception cover on a regular basis
- Co-ordinating and documenting various meetings
- Involvement in any projects organised by the senior management
- Minutes of meetings
- Producing presentations
- Working with conflicting priorities and working under pressure
The ideal candidate should:
- Have a proven track record in proving administrative support at senior management level
- Experience of having worked with a Board of Trustees
- Provide effective communication skills both verbal and written
- Have a proven track record of minuting meetings
- Possess highly effective organisational skills
- Be able to deal with pressure and meet tight deadlines
