As an Associate Dentist, you will be responsible for providing a wide range of dental treatments to a diverse patient base. You will work collaboratively with a dedicated team of dental professionals to ensure the highest standard of care and patient satisfaction.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Conducting comprehensive dental examinations and diagnosing oral health conditions.
- Developing and implementing personalised treatment plans for patients.
- Performing routine and complex dental procedures, including fillings, crowns, bridges, root canals, and extractions.
- Providing preventive dental care and education to patients.
- Maintaining accurate and detailed patient records.
- Collaborating with dental hygienists, dental nurses, and other staff to ensure seamless patient care.
- Staying updated with the latest developments in dentistry and participate in continuous professional development (CPD) activities.
Requirements:
- BDS or equivalent dental degree.
- Full registration with the General Dental Council (GDC).
- Proven experience in a dental practice setting.
- Strong clinical skills and proficiency in performing a variety of dental procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate and patient-focused approach.
- Ability to work effectively within a team.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development.
