The role:
Our client is looking for an experienced and dynamic Finance Manager to oversee the financial operations of our small but busy finance team. This role is crucial in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial reporting, managing cash flow, and providing insightful financial analysis to guide decision-making. Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain the management accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with strict reporting deadlines.
- Oversee banking entries, reconciliations, and the management of period-end accruals and prepayments.
- Ensure timely invoicing and payment processing.
- Provide cross-functional support to various departments, offering financial analysis and budget management.
- Monitor weekly cash flow and manage fixed asset accounting.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and the annual statutory audit and accounts.
- Calculate and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).

Please note that this role will require someone on-site 5 days a week and your time will be split between Hull and Leeming Bar.
