Description
- Provide financial guidance and support to operational teams. Owning the relationship and creating trust while driving process improvement.
- Develop and maintain financial reports for business units, moving finance closer to operations.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Facilitate budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to understand financial needs.
- Support the implementation of financial strategies.
- Identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvements.
- Provide financial analysis for the business on an ad hoc and timely basis.
Profile
A successful Interim Finance Business Partner should have:
- Ideally a strong background in the interim space with experience of, or an interest in, high profile transformation programmes.
- Professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA).
- Proven experience in a finance business partnering role, specifically working closely with operations stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to operate in a robust environment with gravitas and humility.
- Ideally a strong background in the interim space.
