- Non Destructive Testing Magnetic Particle Inspection of an extensive variety of components from a wide selection of different aircraft platforms.
- Non Destructive Testing Dye Penetrant Inspection of an extensive variety of components from a wide selection of different aircraft platforms.
- Carry out daily, weekly and monthly control checks.
- Help monitor and maintain stock levels of consumables.
- Maintain the function of plant and equipment.
- Maintain the 5S standard required.
- To assist, as required with certain elements of machine maintenance (preventative and scheduled).
- Ensure quality standards are maintained in accordance with EASA, FAA and company procedures.
- Comply with health, safety and environmental regulations.
Qualifications:
- Numerate and literate GCSE or equivalent in Maths and English
- Industry recognised EN4179 Non Destructive Testing Magnetic Particle Qualification
- Industry recognised EN4179 Non Destructive Testing Dye Penetrant Qualification
Experience:
- Proven experience within a Non Destructive Testing environment
- Proven experience in reading and interpreting manufacturers overhaul and repair manuals
