About you:
- Must be a friendly, confident and a professional individual, able to liaise and adapt approach to customers/parts/colleagues alike
- With training, able to work on your own, using good initiative and able to problem solve
- Detail-orientated under pressure, in a fast paced environment
- Confident managing a diary and customer expectations
- Must have excellent computer skills with use of emails/excel/word. As well as swift ability to learn new systems - full training provided
- Confidence in quoting/invoicing and handling cash/card machine
Some responsibilities to include:
- Managing our bookings diary and updating our database accurately
- Raising quotations and liaise with customers/suppliers/workshop
- Understanding/handle supplier returns/credits
- Invoicing & taking payments
- Prepare MOT/Service reminders
- Maintain filing system
- Assist with COSHH & health & Safety folder
