Key Responsibilities:
- Perform regular reconciliation of accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies in financial records promptly
- Generate and send accurate invoices to clients and customers in a timely manner
- Follow up on outstanding invoices, maintaining clear records of communications and payment statuses
- Assist in preparing management accounts by compiling financial data and preparing insightful reports
- Support financial performance analysis, providing valuable insights for decision-making
Requirements:
- A relevant qualification in accounting, finance, or a related field is preferred, but a strong interest in pursuing a career in accounting will also be considered
- Previous experience in a finance or accounting role is advantageous but not required, as comprehensive training will be provided
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
