What You'll Do
As a Property Consultant, your key responsibilities will include:
- Sourcing clients through warm calling, marketing, and business development
- Staying current on real estate trends, laws, and market dynamics
- Conducting property valuations and advising clients accordingly
- Arranging and attending property viewings
- Managing a pipeline through accurate record keeping and CRM updates
- Assisting clients with strategies to improve property value
- Negotiating offers and closing deals on behalf of clients

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a target-driven environment
- Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills

Minimum Requirements
- Education certificate (GCSE level or higher)
- Valid driving license
- At least six months of financial savings to support relocation
- Available to relocate immediately
