Join a Telecoms and IT provider as a Customer Service Administrator/Telecoms Expediter/Provisioner.

The company employs nearly 40 staff and continues to expand with an impressive list of loyal customers.

THE CUSTOMER SERVICE ADMINISTRATOR ROLE:

  • Working in a friendly team of 6 and arranging telecommunications services, juggling installation teams, customer availability, service deadlines, and customers' issues related to telecoms, all the while keeping everyone happy.
  • Hours are 9 am - 5:30 pm, Monday - Friday

  • Reasonable IT skills
  • Good organisational skills
