Service Administrator

Our client based in Guildford are looking to recruit a customer focused administrator to join their busy team! This role would suit someone who is an experienced customer service professional or someone looking to gain further office experience. This is a busy role that requires someone who is happy to speak to customers over the phone.

Duties:

  • Answering telephone calls and responding to emails
  • Arrange diaries to ensure services are carried out
  • Updating the system with client information
  • Work towards deadlines to ensure problems are resolved in a timely fashion

Requirements:

  • Be extremely customer focused
  • Work well under pressure and during busy periods
  • Strong IT skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
