We are recruiting for a Finance Business Partner to join a growing business in Mansfield. This role involves supporting both financial and non-financial leadership by providing essential financial information to inform commercial decision-making.
This commercially focused position is ideal for those who enjoy building relationships beyond the finance function and playing a key role in critical decisions regarding pricing and risk.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partnering with key stakeholders to enhance profitability.
- Providing senior leaders with the necessary information for informed commercial decisions.
- Overseeing the production of monthly account packs.
- Preparing quarterly budgets and forecasts.
About You: This role is best suited for a qualified (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) candidate. However, it is also appropriate for individuals who are nearly qualified and possess substantial business partnering experience. Requirements:
- Qualified ACCA, ACA, or CIMA (or nearly qualified with relevant experience).
- Experience in preparing balance sheets and P&L forecasts.
