NavCom Service Engineer (SC CLEARED)

Day-to-Day of the Role:
- Conduct VDR-APTs and Radio Surveys.
- Install, repair, and maintain GMDSS Equipment, Navigational equipment, and VSAT Satellite Broadband.
- Engage in Retrofit projects, completing whole bridge installs and large system integrations.
- Work independently or as part of a team of skilled engineers.
- Receive ongoing manufacturer's training and technical support.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Higher level education in HNC/ONC/NVQ Level or equivalent in an IT/Engineering field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Marine Service Engineer.
- In-depth knowledge of electronic/electrical engineering.
- Current Driving Licence and ability to pass marine/offshore worker medical examination.
- Valid Passport.
- GMDSS Radio Operator / Maintainer License is preferred.
