In this role, you will play an integral part in the sales team, supporting management directly with customer set up and online sales development.
Responsibilities
- Analyse reports ensuring everything is correct and providing feedback on any errors.
- Monitor external websites.
- Organise and manage customer profiles.
- Input data correctly.
- Work closely with marketing team, ensuring advertisement is up to date.
- Research and gain insight in how to utilise third party systems.
- Build relationships with clients via phone, video calls and email.
- Manage and develop own portfolio of accounts.
Requirements:
- Attention to detail is key to thrive in this role
- Experience within a commercial setting
- Ability to process data to a high standard
- Confidence speaking via phone and teams
