Position: Deputy Home Manager
Location: Horsham, West Sussex
Pay rate: £48,000 per annum (depending on experience) + Excellent added benefits!
Hours: 40 hours per week, with supernumerary hours

The home is owned by a family ran company with currently over 10 homes across the UK and looking to expand. They are known to have a refined support system in place and provide their staff with the best development.
This medium sized home is beautifully located in a quiet cul-de-sac with great links to the main transport system. With a GOOD CQC rating in all areas, this home specialises in nursing, palliative, dementia and nursing care. The service is highly regarded and has reputable reputation in the private healthcare sector for exceptional care. As a Deputy Home Manager you will be responsible for a well led home and a close-knit team!
