Senior HR Advisor
£40-45,000p.a. (dependent upon experience)

This role is the perfect opportunity for a seasoned HR Advisor who is looking for their next step up in their career. This position will operate in an SME luxury-manufacturing organisation, be responsible for leading on all Employee Relations matters, and contribute to the strategic delivery of the HR team.
The role's responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding
- Deliver on all Employee Relations work across the business, managing complex and busy case loads
- Mentor junior members of the team on all operational elements of HR
- Contribute to the delivery of the HR strategy and work on projects such as employee engagement and wellbeing, EVP, and change management
- Report on key HR data for the organisation and work with SLT to improve key metrics such as absence, performance, engagement
- Revise and update HR policies as and when necessary
Sounds fab, but what does the ideal candidate look like?
- Proven experience in a senior advising or junior management position is ideal
- Experience in managing a busy ER case load
- CIPD is desirable, though not essential
- Experience in mentoring/ managing junior members of the team is desirable
- Experience in adhoc project work, such as policy renewal, employee engagement, change management
