Robert Half have partnered with a well-known retail brand seeking an experienced and dynamic retail project manager to join their team on an initial 6-month contract. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in guiding their organisation through an exciting acquisition and subsequent integration phase. Fluency in French and a willingness to travel frequently to France are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the integration of the acquired retail business into their existing operations and IT structure.
- Develop and implement detailed project plans to ensure smooth transition and integration.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across both organisations to align processes, systems, and cultures.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and develop mitigation strategies.
- Facilitate clear and effective communication between stakeholders in both companies.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements in both countries.
- Provide regular status updates to senior management and key stakeholders.
- Travel frequently to France to oversee integration activities on-site.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering systems in the retail sector.
- Demonstrable experience in managing acquisitions or large-scale integration projects.
- Fluency in both English and French, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence at all levels.
- Ability to travel frequently to France and work flexible hours as required.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
