Additionally, you'll have the exciting opportunity to travel to various client sites across the UK, growing your professional network and gaining diverse experiences.
What you will be doing:
- Conduct detailed analyses and quality checks of Configuration Management Databases (CMDB).
- Evaluate and enhance the existing configuration management process.
- Develop and secure approval for a comprehensive configuration management process.
- Define service acceptance criteria in collaboration with the Acceptance into Service Manager.
- upport testing and wider Service Management discovery activities.
- Effectively managing the lifecycle of supported CIs within the CMDB and providing up-to-date information on the status of CIs.
- Identifying, escalating, and tracking Configuration Management issues.
- Proactively managing and auditing all CI attributes and relationships.
What you will bring:
- Established Service Asset and Configuration Management experience, with up-to-date knowledge of current CMDB tools.
- Professional Configuration Management qualifications and Service Management qualifications such as ITIL v3.
