Are you a Maintenance Manager /FM or similar looking to represent a cultural institution and be the go-to person for all maintenance works on a estate comprised of historically significant buildings based in Henley?
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Maintenance Manager to oversee strategic and reactive maintenance across a prestigious academic estate. The Institution are looking for a leader who will act as front of house for all maintenance matters.
This role offers the chance to lead a dynamic team and contribute to the upkeep and improvement of a historically significant environment.
The Role:
- Lead Maintenance Operations
- Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the primary liaison for maintenance-related communications, coordinating effectively between internal teams and external contractors to ensure seamless operations and minimal disruption.
- Ensure Compliance and Safety: Oversee compliance with health and safety regulations, manage contractor engagements, and maintain critical building systems to ensure functionality and safety.
The Candidate:
- Experienced Manager: Strong background in facilities or maintenance management
- Skilled Communicator: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage diverse teams and interact effectively with various stakeholders.
- Technically Proficient: In-depth knowledge of building management systems and maintenance protocols.
- Qualifications: Relevant professional qualifications are preferred. Must possess a full UK driving license.
