My client, a Commodity Trading company have an exciting opportunity to join their Operations team.
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
Confirmations
- To ensure the timely process of trade reconciliation of Base Metal Confirmation
- Email with Counterparty and Clients for their positive affirmation of their Outstanding Base
- Metal Confirmations utilising the confirmation platform to issue secondary chaser emails to Counterparty
- Production, checking, auditing all electronic confirmations for Metals Clients through Client Online portal.
- Resolve trade queries with brokers and clients through discussion with Marketers and Metals Operations team.
- Discuss Set up queries with Client Service Group (CSG) team for any issues with portal Client Online.
- Production of weekly report for Outstanding Base Metal Confirmation for Management and Executive.
- Assist in the production, affirmation and reporting of confirmations in additional asset classes.
- Support Operations & Confirmations Management in the advancement of systems and appropriate support documentation.

- Previous settlements, confirmations or operations experience

- Ability to work as part of a team
