Account Director, London Hybrid, £50K plus bonus and benefits.

This digital agency is looking for an Account Director. They have been established for 21 years and have a global footprint across 50 offices in 15 countries. They connect brands and organisations to the future through disruptive thinking and transformative digital innovation, backed by strong execution.

They are in search of a dynamic and experienced Account Director to join their Client Partnership department. As Account Director, you will manage and grow client relationships, focusing on long-term account development by providing strategic guidance to clients, the internal account team and the development and execution of business strategies.

As Account Director, you will be responsible for:

  • Develop and implement strategies to grow both existing and new clients, including identifying and pursuing new opportunities.
  • Identify opportunities for the other brands within the agency with existing clients.
  • Ensure that clients' needs and expectations are met and that their projects are delivered on time and within budget, maintaining targeted margins.
  • Lead and motivate the account teams to deliver first-class account management and client partnership, ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standard - on budget whilst meeting company margins.
  • Lead the talent pathways, performance reviews, individual goals, and professional development of team members.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and developments and provide guidance and counsel to clients on how to best use digital marketing and technology to achieve their business goals.
  • Research and appreciate clients' long-term business strategies to ensure alignment with KPIs and political motivations to manoeuvre the businesses into positions of influence.

As Account Director, you will bring:

  • Experience with client services or account management within a digital agency, with a background in digital platform experience design, data science, digital transformation, and e-commerce.
  • Experience helping create and deliver multi-channel strategies for clients that encompass always-on content and communications.
  • Experience with client retention, revenue growth, and achieving great results.
  • Great social, efficient skills in communication, time allocation, and influencing.
  • Experience managing partner relationships.
  • Clear experience with digital technology and the use of strategy to guide digital transformation.
  • Experience with customer journey optimisation across all digital channels
  • Experience with Adobe Suite (Experience Manager, Commerce, Target, and Analytics) is an advantage.
