Job Title: Service Advisor
Location: Croydon
Salary: £29,000 basic - OTE £35,000 uncapped
Hours: 8am-6pm Monday to Friday - No Weekends
Hawkfield Recruitment is working with a Main Dealership in the Croydon area who are looking to recruit an experienced Service Advisor.
Our client is a privately owned motor group, operating more 14 dealers across Surrey, West London, South London, and Berkshire, representing 6 excellent brands.
Established more than 75 years ago, Customer Service is at the forefront of this business. They are now recruiting for a motivated and talented individual to help them continue delivering the outstanding service their customers are used to.
Responsibilities of Service Advisor:
- Working alongside technicians to ensure the smooth running of the workshop
- Supporting the aftersales team
- Assisting with the day-to-day queries raised by the Retailer network around parts orders via telephone and Email
- Loading the workshop diary
- Provide a knowledgeable, courteous, responsive, and efficient service expressing the brand.
- Meeting and greeting the customer and identifying customers additional needs
- Upselling additional products and services
- Keeping the customer up to date with the progress of their vehicle
Requirements for Service Advisor:
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Previous experience in a similar role within the motor trade
- Friendly and outgoing attitude
- Ideally, experience using dealer systems
