I have exclusively partnered with an award-winning creative agency who have an amazing opportunity for an immediately available Studio Co-ord/Receptionist to join them in their central London studio on an ongoing temporary basis.
My client is looking for a motivated person to help cover a range of responsibilities, on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will be good humoured, switched on and able to undertake a variety of office support tasks, with an attitude where nothing is too much trouble.
Responsibilities:
- Help in coordinating daily schedule, including meetings, appointments, and some travel arrangements.
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office.
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls.
- Manage incoming emails on their company information page.
- Some studio maintenance and upkeep including sourcing, booking and management of any key contractors.
- Ensuring the studio is kept tidy and well stocked on a day-to-day basis.
- Managing post, deliveries and shipments
- Coordinating birthdays, outings and events.
You will have previous in-office support experience with excellent communication and organisational skills. Experience in using Google Drive and Microsoft Suite Office (PowerPoint / Excel / Word). You will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion as well as incorporating new and effective ways to achieve better results.
Office based role in central London, Mon-Fri, 9.15am-6.15pm @ £16 per hour + holiday pay.
