Options Autism are currently hiring for a Programme & Qualifications Co-Ordinator in the Lincolnshire region!

Role: Programme and Qualifications Co-ordinator - Adult Care

Location: Based at Roxby House – covering all Adults East Sites

Hours: 24 hours per week (3 days a week from Monday to Friday on an agreed rota)

Salary: £14,601.60 per annum (£11.70 per hour)

The Role

We are looking to reimplement the role of Programme Coordinator with the addition of supporting with the AQA qualifications system, this will be a dual purpose role, alongside coordinating programmes for all of the Vocational Practitioners across all sites. You will be required to undertake the relevant training to develop our AQA infrastructure and manage this on an ongoing basis

Essential Requirements

  • Good IT Skills
  • Driving licence and access to a vehicle
  • Experience of Person Centered Planning
  • Understanding of Health and Social Care

To be successful in this role you will need:

  • Good knowledge and understanding of safeguarding processes
  • Good organisational and time management skills
  • People skills – you will be working with and speaking with managers, team members and the people we support
  • A motivation to develop your skills

The Location

Roxby House is based in Roxby, Near Scunthorpe but, as stated above, you will be visiting each of our accommodations in the area which are within commutable distance of Scunthorpe, Brigg, Broughton, Winterton and surrounding villages and towns
