Internal Recruiter

We are Eden Futures. We deliver exceptional support to people diagnosed with a learning or physical disability, acquired brain injury, autism or a mental illness.

We are looking for an Internal Recruiter to be responsible for delivering high volume recruitment and managing the end-to-end process across all roles across the company, within their designated area of responsibility. Reporting to the Resourcing Manager, this role will require you to work on multiple projects simultaneously, autonomously and have strong stakeholder management skills.

This role will be home based, with expectations of travel, if needed, for career fairs, networking events and recruitment drives.

Main Responsibilities

  • Proactively source candidates using a variety of methods including CV searching on job boards, social media platforms, career events and networking.
  • Management of the recruitment process from initial advert through to candidate in post
  • Grow an active candidate database for future needs - actively sourcing, nurturing and pipelining candidates from entry-level to senior management
  • Support hiring managers with the interview process and selection criteria for candidates
  • Create job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements for each position
  • Plan and schedule interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and interviews
  • Keep records of all materials used for recruitment, including interview notes and related paperwork, to share with key stakeholders – adhering to GDPR guidelines at all times.
  • Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (Tribepad), including ownership for: posting jobs externally, keeping advertisements refreshed, contacting candidates, ensuring system only has up-to-date information.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies and Job Centres, participate in career/networking events
  • Support and/or lead recruitment drives to populate the talent pipeline across the various channels
  • Use all available tools and resources to ensure advertising is written with a specific and aligned focus to our brand
  • Ensure each vacancy has a clearly defined recruitment possess, which is fair and consistent

The Ideal Candidate

  • Demonstrable experience in recruitment (Agency or Client Side, but preferably a mix of both), specifically handling multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
  • Proven track record of handling high-volume recruitment processes in hard to recruit sectors.
  • Experience in coordinating with multiple stakeholders
  • Proactive and results-driven, with a passion for sourcing and engaging top talent.
  • Collaborative team player, but also able to work independently.
  • Adaptable to changes and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
  • A positive and proactive work ethic
  • Experience of recruiting roles within Social Care, Finance or IT would be advantageous

Skills:

  • Proven recruiting experience recruiting within Social Care, IT or Finance sectors
  • Ideally, a combination of Agency and Client Side experience
  • The ability to multitask and work to tight deadlines
