Description

Operations Administrator (part time over 5 days),Windsor

  • Provide administrative support to the operations team and Directors
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Manage and organise documents and databases
  • Deal with basic facilities issues - getting a contractor in to fix leaking tap or broken door, etc.
  • Assist in project management and reporting
  • Maintain communication between departments
  • Oversee supply management and procurement processes
  • Support HR functions, including on-boarding new employees
  • Support Procurement functions
  • Raising POs and dealing with basic finance matters and using SAP
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

You will be available to work 4 - 6 hours a day, spread over 5 days, in an office based role

Profile

You will be available to work 4 - 6 hours a day, spread over 5 days, in an office based role

  • Previous experience in an Operations role with additional facilities and administrative duties
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in work
  • Experience in a pharmaceutical or healthcare environment (preferred but not required)
  • A team player with a positive attitude and proactive approach
  • You will be available and happy to commit to a Temporary role until end of January (earliest)

You need to hold the right to work fultime in the UK as unfortunately sponsorship is not an option for this position.

Job Offer

Pay will be circa £12 - £15 dependant upon your experience. Additionally you do get to work for an international business in a fast moving sector and this will look good on most CVs.
