Local Service Manager
£27,300 + Pension + Parking
Harrow, Middlesex
If you have worked in the property sector in the past and would like a position with a very reputable local Company then this role as a Local Service Manager my well suit you.
Some of your duties will include:
- Delivering local housing and tenancy management ensuring a quality customer service
- Carrying out regular building and health & safety inspections and identifying any repairs
- Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and security in communal areas of properties
- Proactively managing rent payments including escalating arrears issues
- Managing the letting of properties and minimising any void periods if possible
- Monitoring works being completed by Contractors and reporting any defects
