Workchain is currently seeking a reliable and experienced HGV Class 2 Driver to join our client in Leicester. As a HGV Class 2 Driver, you will be responsible for safely operating and maneuvering heavy goods vehicles to transport goods and materials throughout the designated area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive and operate HGV Class 2 vehicles in a safe and efficient manner
- Ensure all goods and materials are loaded and unloaded securely
- Adhere to all road safety regulations and company policies
- Complete necessary paperwork and logbooks accurately
- Maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of the vehicle
- Communicate effectively with the transportation team and customers
Qualifications:
- Valid HGV Class 2 driving license
- CPC qualification
- Digital tachograph card
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions
