Sales Progressor (Part Time)

Due to continued expansion HomeMove Estate Agents are looking for an experienced Sales Progressor to join the head office team on a part time basis (16-20 hours over 4 days per week).

The role of the Head Office Sales Progressor is to proactively manage and deal with property sales and enquiries for new and existing cases whilst ensuring that our vendors, buyers and third parties are kept up to date within a timely manner.

Applicants for this role must have estate agency experience!

Main responsibilities include:

  • Progressing property sales from initial introduction calls right through to exchange and completion whilst providing a high level of customer service and support to all clients.
  • Dealing with telephone and email enquiries from vendors, buyers, solicitors, estate agents and third-party companies such as surveyors, trades people and mortgage lenders.
  • Effectively track, progress and update all parties with key milestones during the transaction.
  • Sales progression administration including issuing and updating sales memos and other documentation.
  • Managing and maintaining a pipeline of property sales whilst updating internal Partner Agents with the status of their sales and predictions.
  • Maintaining databases whilst ensuring all notes and updates are logged onto the system and communicated to relevant parties accurately.

The candidate must have:

  • Sales Progression/Estate Agency experience
  • Confident and professional
  • Strong communication skills
  • Attention to detail and organised
  • A motivated and can-do attitude
