Responsibilities:

  • As an Inbound Call Centre Representative, you will:
  • Receive and handle inbound calls from residents seeking assistance and information.
  • Provide courteous and efficient service while addressing their queries and concerns.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up as necessary.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure prompt resolution of inquiries.
  • Uphold our commitment to excellent customer service.

Requirements

:

To succeed in this role, you should:

  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Be computer literate and able to navigate software systems.
  • Possess a customer-centric mindset and a desire to help others.
  • Be reliable, punctual, and a team player.
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required.

If successful, you will be required to obtain a Basic Disclosure check at a £25 cost to yourself.
